Introducing Matthew Daniel
Through Craniosacral Therapy, Matthew Daniel offers a caring and safe space where the whole person is heard, inviting change and a stronger connection to health.
He has a particular interest in helping people suffering from anxiety, stress, pain, emotional challenges and the effects of trauma. From his own experience receiving Craniosacral Therapy, and through feedback from his clients, he’s seen how helpful the therapy can be. He enjoys supporting his clients to walk their own unique path back to wellbeing.
Matthew’s passion for health and growth has evolved from his exploration of the body and mind through practices such as voice and body improvisation and group facilitation. Matthew is an active social service designer, facilitator and musician.

“I had eight amazing sessions with Matt. I have had anxiety for many years and also had recently been through a pregnancy loss … the sessions with Matt really helped me to integrate the experience. It worked amazingly with my anxiety too. I am so grateful for the sessions and they really helped improve my quality of life in a big way.” ~ Amanda
“I suffered a traumatic achilles injury which resulted in two major surgeries. I was getting headaches nearly every day. After one session with Matt my headaches completely disappeared. I felt my body completely let go of whatever stress it was holding onto and find the rhythm it had been lacking for months!” ~ Jess
