Counselling involves working with you to know your story, uncover your strengths, develop skills to face life’s challenges, nurture your hope, and to find greater meaning and purpose in life.

James is an accredited mental health social worker and gay man who provides both general and more specialised counselling services to adults and young people. He has qualifications in social work and psychological science. He also has a strong interest in Buddhism, spirituality, and all things Rainbow!
James brings all his training plus a life experience as a gay Australian to his counselling work. His mission is for people to live spiritually-rich lives of meaning and purpose, free from discrimination, oppression and violence.
