Arijana has worked in both clinical and forensic settings in the public and private sectors. She has worked with children, adolescents and adults and has a strong understanding of how problems develop and change over time. She has also worked extensively with neurodevelopmental disorders such as Autism and ADHD.
Arijana has particular interests in anxiety, depression and the interplay between mind, body, spirit wellness. She has extensive experience in working with:
- stress related issues
- low self esteem
- improving work life balance
- existential issues
- helping you to step out of your comfort zone
Through a holistic approach, Arijana will work with you to help you step into your authentic self and discover the path to a life with intention and purpose that is in alignment with your highest values. Through the use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Wellbeing strategies and Motivational Interviewing she will develop a tailored evidence-based treatment plan that travels at your pace to help facilitate change.
