Dr Emily Harragon, Chiropractor

Emily Harragon – Chiropractor

Dr Emily draws on a variety of techniques to effectively calm the nervous system and restore balance and motion to the body. She treats both acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction.

A Chiropractic adjustment can reduce pain, and improve joint movement and flexibility so you feel better. Emily is passionate about treating the whole person, so she attends to problems from different angles to get the best result for you. She may offer treatment to your muscles and ligaments, for example, to encourage and speed healing.

Emily is highly experienced in treating neck and shoulder pain, headaches and lower back pain. She loves treating sports injuries and getting your body back to its best shape for exercise.

Emily was introduced to chiropractic as a child and experienced first-hand the wonderful effects that chiropractic can have on conditions such as headaches, migraines and motion sickness. She knew she wanted to dedicate her life to improving the lives of others.

Luckily enough, a chiropractic career talk changed her life, and at 16 she decided that chiropractic was the path for her.

Always striving to be the best – and passionate about providing world class care to her community – Emily left her family and friends behind to study at the world-renowned New Zealand College of Chiropractic – one of the world’s leading chiropractic institutions for education and research. After completing her degree, Emily returned home and has been practicing in her home town of Newcastle.

Relocating to Melbourne, she cannot wait to give her all to helping the community thrive and live their best healthy lives. By checking and adjusting spines and extremity joints to allow proper range of movement, Emily can help you reduce pain/symptoms and function at your absolute best.

Emily is passionate about health, fitness, and sport, with a keen interest in Yoga and Rugby League. She loves nothing more than combining chiropractic with sport to help reduce recovery time, prevent injury, increase strength, and boost sporting performances naturally.

When not in the clinic helping her community thrive, you can find Emily at the beach swimming and sun baking, in the yoga studio, or in the kitchen cooking and baking.
