Hi there, I’m Dr Lauren Van Dyke, and I am passionate about helping people find their individual path towards a better life.
I graduated from RMIT University with a double Bachelor’s Degree in Chiropractic and Health Science. I have worked through various clinics in Melbourne and I’ve loved seeing how Chiropractic can be tailored to people at any stage of their life or health journey.
I grew up in a small country town in Gippsland, and I’ve always had a keen interest in health and wellbeing. I played netball and tennis for my local clubs, and have even continued that since moving to Melbourne. This foundation of being an active person has set a high framework for how I want others to feel too – happy, healthy, and pain-free.
I have learnt many new ways to help people over the years, and I’ve completed numerous seminars ranging from human movement and biomechanics, to functional neurological rehab, to paediatric and pregnancy care. I’ve even completed a sports-focused course that centres around sports injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Because of all of this information and education I’ve received, I have a very special interest in working with people who are pregnant, babies and young kids, and runners or athletes.
I use a range of different Chiropractic techniques to ensure everyone under my care receives treatment that is tailored to their needs. I am passionate about holistic healthcare and will help you to address all aspects of health including lifestyle, nutrition, and home exercise.
Outside of the clinic, you can find me keeping active by hiking, visiting the gym, or playing netball. I’m also a huge fan of live music and trying new foods, so I’ll often spend the weekend at some events!
