A Mental Health Occupational Therapist works similarly to a Psychologist, with a few key differences. Mental Health Occupational Therapy attracts a Medicare rebate just the same way Psychology does. You can ask your GP for up to ten session per year.

Linda offers practical solutions-based counselling, using Activity Scheduling, Solution Focused Therapy, Transcultural Psychology as well as Yoga, Relaxation strategies and Wellbeing strategies.
