Hi there, I’m Natalie. I practice the Hawaiian healing art and science of advanced Ka’Huna bodywork. A truly unique, potent, and flowing form of massage that resets and soothes your nervous system, unwinds stagnancy, pain, and tension in your tissues and washes free sticky emotional residue. Offered with a high degree of skill, an attitude of gratitude and deep respect for your body and being wherever you are at.

A Ka’Huna practitioner moves in dance-like movements utilising what can be thought of as a form of Hawaiian tai-chi to create a potent energetic circuit that assists in unblocking energy flow through the meridians of your body. At the same time, I use my forearms, knuckles, thumbs, hands, and bodyweight to break up deeply held tension within your tissues and full body flowing, repetitive movement to gently soothe the musculature and fascia.

As a qualified psychotherapist, and kinesiologist-in-training, I also offer you the opportunity to work in a blended way, where you discover the deeper roots and emotional signature of your present challenges and tension. These insights can be intentionally weaved into the bodywork itself in a guided process to be worked through and released for deeper healing. Each session will be uniquely tailored to your present wants and needs.

I look forward to working together and supporting you to feel a greater sense of freedom and lightness in your body and being.
