Hello, I’m Catherine. I am deeply committed to supporting individuals experiencing emotional or physical pain, ensuring you feel seen, supported, and truly cared for throughout our time together. My work integrates bodywork, emotional regulation coaching, trauma-informed somatic therapy, and holistic counselling + hypnotherapy to help you naturally return to inner peace, balance, and stability.

With specialised training in mindset coaching, my focus will also be on helping you cultivate a sense of safety, empowerment, and resilience. I am here to walk alongside you through periods of uncertainty, significant life transitions, and emotionally challenging experiences that may be impacting your wellbeing or quality of life.

Every session is uniquely tailored to your needs. By drawing from a broad range of therapeutic modalities, I aim to restore harmony to both mind and body. My approach blends clinical knowledge with intuitive presence and compassion, facilitating meaningful shifts on a mental, physical and energetic level.

I believe the body and mind communicate through sensations, symptoms and emotions – when we listen, profound healing can begin.

Your session may include elements of massage, energetic balancing, nervous system regulation, mindfulness practices, breathwork, or gentle movement. As a qualified somatic therapist, I also offer practical tools and home-based practices to support your continued wellbeing beyond our sessions.
