My journey into chiropractic began at seventeen when I accompanied my mother to her appointment and discovered a profession that seamlessly blends science, hands-on care and genuine human connection. This experience sparked my path in holistic health.
I graduated from Murdoch University in 2006 and am an Australian-registered chiropractor with nearly two decades of clinical experience. My approach is tailored and integrative, combining manual diversified adjustments, soft tissue therapy, postural and core-strengthening exercises and breathing techniques to support alignment, movement and the body’s natural ability to heal. It is a privilege and a joy to help people feel balanced, connected and at ease in their bodies.
I believe optimal health comes from an integrative lifestyle. I move with intention, nourish my body with seasonal, nutrient-dense foods, prioritise quality rest and embrace a low-tox, sustainable approach. I enjoy living in rhythm with the seasons and supporting the body through simple, intentional practices.
Outside the clinic, I find joy in nature, sunrise meditation, ocean sunsets, Pilates and strength training, exploring farmers markets and creating nourishing meals to share with loved ones.
Supporting people from all walks of life to feel their best in body and mind is truly a privilege and the heart of what I do.
