I work with adults navigating trauma, stress, anxiety, grief, chronic stress and emotional overwhelm, drawing from over fifteen years of experience across clinical, community, and crisis response settings between the US and Australia.
I’m passionate about supporting individuals recovering from the impacts of developmental trauma, burnout, and attachment wounds — especially those who have tried traditional therapy before and are looking for a different approach.
I am particularly interested in supporting people who have experienced:
- Sense of feeling “stuck” in a particular area of life
- Anxiety
• Depression - Chronic stress and burnout
- Developmental trauma and attachment wounding
- Phobias
- Traumatic events including:
Car accidents, sexual assault, exposure to violence, occupational violence and first
responder trauma.
My work integrates evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, including EMDR Therapy, Internal Family Systems (parts work), somatic and strength-focused frameworks. I tailor each session to meet you where you are, honouring your pace and lived experience.
If you’re ready to begin the journey in a grounded, relational, and non-judgmental space — I’d be honoured to walk beside you.
