Hello I’m Shar.

I offer Remedial massage, hot and cold stone therapy, Lymphatic Drainage and Reiki energy healing to name a few.

I am a dedicated, intuitive and compassionate remedial massage therapist with a passion for helping others achieve holistic wellness and sharing in their journey. With significant experience in different aspects of healing from:

  • emotional distress
  • grief
  • end of life
  • illness
  • injury

I love to personalise a soothing and effective treatment for every client.
My approach in each session works with elements of mind, body and spirit to balance your body, nurture and create harmony. I use a combination of traditional massage techniques and complementary modalities to alleviate pain, reduce tension, restore balance and replenish joie de vivre.

I have first-hand experience in the body’s innate ability to heal. Having suffered a serious back injury 10 years ago, I was able to overcome chronic pain and avoid surgery with the help of therapists and holistic wellness facilitators; plus hard work and consistently returning to a positive mindset.

When I’m not massaging your knots and worries away, I take care of myself by practising meditation, yoga, qigong, walking my dog, journalling, self-reiki practice, forest bathing, music, breathwork, spending time with family and friends.

I am dedicated to helping people find a path that will see them nourished, relaxed and supported through their daily lives.
