A Trauma-informed Facilitation Course Offered for the Healers

Do you know how trauma shows up in the body for your clients? What to do when you see it? And how to manage the impacts on you of holding space alongside trauma?

Calling all therapists, bodyworkers, natural therapy practitioners, teachers, support workers, coaches, yoga teachers and anyone who works with humans!!

Come and learn how to be trauma-sensitive in your facilitation of groups and one-on-one spaces with clinical supervisor and trauma therapist Sophie Rak.

Trauma-informed practice is a baseline, a non-negotiable. People expect it. It’s what needed to ensure safe facilitation and practice.

If you don’t have embodied experience, come and explore with us. Let’s dive deeply (and safely) into this content, learn more and apply it practically to your own practice. We’ll integrate heart, head and body.
